This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Fernvalee processes, ships, tracks, and delivers customer orders.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2-7 business days. Processing means verifying the order, preparing the product, quality-checking where applicable, packing, and handing the shipment to the carrier or fulfillment partner.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing may occasionally be affected by holidays, unusually high order volume, product availability, payment verification, carrier disruptions, or fulfillment interruptions.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, estimated delivery commonly ranges from approximately 7-20 business days depending on destination. Certain destinations may take longer. Delivery time begins after the order has been handed to the applicable carrier.
Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Fernvalee currently uses the following primary shipping structure:
- Orders from US$0.00 to US$39.98: US$6.98 shipping
- Orders of US$39.99 or more: free standard/express shipping where the published offer applies
The shipping charge and available shipping method applicable to your order should be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. If checkout displays a different charge because of destination or an expressly disclosed shipping method, the checkout amount controls.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations may vary. If your address is eligible for delivery, applicable options should be shown during checkout. Fernvalee currently markets to multiple international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent after dispatch. Please allow approximately 24-72 hours for tracking information to begin updating. Orders may occasionally ship in multiple packages and separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact aarongun976@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed Shipment
If we determine that we cannot dispatch an order within the shipping period represented to the customer, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Where required, the customer may be given the choice to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for an applicable refund.
International Orders, Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included or applicable law requires otherwise, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Do not publish a blanket statement that orders will never incur customs duties unless that is operationally true for every applicable destination and the business has a reasonable basis for the statement.
Missing Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors where appropriate, carrier delivery notices, and local carrier information. If the shipment still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Deliveries
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days after delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please provide your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs or video showing the issue and packaging.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
